Greg joined the agency in 2001 as a partner. For six years prior, he owned and operated his own Allstate agency in Ashland. Greg is a full time producer specializing in Personal Lines. He is a graduate of Ashland High School and Southern Oregon University. He makes his home in Ashland with his wife, Llona, and their four children.  He is currently President of the Ashland Pop Warner Football Association and is actively involved in coaching other youth sports.

Jerry joined the Agency in 1988 as a Producer. He writes all lines of business and specializes in insurance to the medical community. After many years of community and professional involvement, he is now concentrating on his role as our agency's designated traveler. Jerry frequently is found telecommuting from wherever it is warm and sunny.

Allison Ward, Commercial and Personal lines Agent. Allison worked for an independent agency in Klamath Falls for 8 years before joining the Reinholdt and O'Harra team in 2008 . She is a  Southern Oregon native and is currently residing in Central Point with her husband Matt. Beginning in 2010 Allison assumed the role of partner, and is looking forward to serving the community she calls home.

Rebecca DeVall, a licensed commercial lines agent since 2007, joined the team at Reinholdt in April 2010. Rebecca, a native Ashlander, received a Bachelors of Science at Southern Oregon University in 2000 and later obtained a Masters in Business Administration through University of Phoenix in 2007. When not writing commercial insurance, she may be found volunteer coaching youth soccer for the Ashland Soccer Club or volleyball for the Ashland YMCA or training for her next half-marathon run.

Alla Farrell, administrative assistant and front desk receptionist, joined Reinholdt & O'Harra in 2009. Born in Moscow, Russia, she graduated from University of Moscow with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism; prior to her moving to United States in 1993 she worked for Pravda Consortium and Business World. She resides in Ashland with her husband and three sons.

Jill Dickerson joins our agency with over 20 years insurance experience. Jill has completed several Certified Ins Counselor classes (CIC), Commercial Property and Casualty, Personal Lines and Life/Health. She is the past President for the Independent Ins Agents of Jackson County, served on the board with the Home Builders Association of Jackson County, State of Oregon Independent Ins agents and the Medford KiwanisYouth Committee program. Jill specializes in business, personal and group health insurance. She has been in the Rogue Valley since 1973 enjoying all it has to offer – camping, fishing, bowling and playing golf with her good friends and husband all over the State of Oregon.

Violeta joined the agency in 2004 as the recieptonist and transitioned into an agent. V is an Oregon native and enjoys working and living in Ashland with her husband and their 4 boys. V strives to keep business local and has alwasy enjoyed working in the customer service industry.
